The Rolling Stone magazine is based on music in general and not just one particular genre i.e. you can pick up a copy of Rolling Stone and have the Jonas Brothers from Disney channel on the cover and then in the next issue you will see Britney Spears and Jay-Z.
The Masthead always has the Rolling Stone logo boarded across the top centre of the Cover. But different to some other magazines the logo is sometimes covered by whoever is appearing on the front cover of that issue.
